Roger Bacharach Introduces Unique Line of Silk Scarves
Scarves provide the perfect accessory for any outfit, and for years, Roger Bacharach believed his art could be reproduced on fabric to create beautifully unique wearable creations.
After a lengthy search, he was able to find a California-based fabric printing house that specializes in four-color process printing on 100% Chinese silk.
He selected Crepe de Chine for its transparency and Satin for its fluidity, and then worked with his photographer and printer to create these stunning silk scarves.
The images the artist selected for his silk scarf collection include two of his original tissue paper collages, "Red Sea Horse" and "Japanese Sea Nettle", as well as "Equivalent II" and "Equivalent IV", from his oil painting "Equivalents" series.
The Sea Creature scarves measure 72" x 13", while the Equivalents scarves are 36" square. All are hand-rolled and hemmed, washable, and made in the U.S.A.
Scarves are exclusively available from the artist. To order, emailrbartist@comcast.net or call 717-397-6797. Mastercard and Visa credit cards are accepted as payment.
